Our Story
DAC Glove Company was built and designed by individuals who have played at the highest levels of baseball and softball. Our founders, Dalton Bollinger, Cameron Kern, and Alex Jacobs, leverage their experience and passion for player development to offer quality gloves at affordable prices. Meet Elaina Scully, our marketing manager and Softball Operations Director, who brings her athletic experience to our team. We aim to serve parents, individual athletes, coaches, athletic directors, and professional athletes.

Our Founders and Glove Staff
Dalton Bollinger (Co-Founder & Glove Rep): Former athlete/collegiate coach at the University of Toledo and CEO of Bollinger Baseball & Softball Instruction.
Cameron Kern (Co-Founder & Lead Glove Quality Manager): Former athlete at Notre Dame College and Lead Instructor at Bollinger Baseball & Softball Instruction.
Alex Jacobs (Co-Founder and Glove Rep): Former athlete at Morehead State University and Bollinger-Bellefontaine Facility Director of Operations.
Elaina Scully (Marketing Manager and Design Specialist): Former athlete at Edison State CC. Current marketing manager and Softball Operations Director at Bollinger Baseball & Softball Instruction.
